Just picked up my two babies this afternoon after 2 weeks away. Have had bad experiences in the past, and met with Judi and Doug before going away. Both dogs have come home clean, happy, relaxed and have thrived in our absence. Judi loves dogs and is so caring and knowledgeable, and took the best care of my dogs ever. Not sure they wanted to come home Our Dobermann pup had the time of his life playing with the girls, whilst our old age Maltese Shitzhu was treated like a queen.

Thank you for your excellent care, as usual! Both Toffee and Pepper returned home soft and fluffy and smelling fantastic, and Toffees so bright and energetic, like you gave her a new lease on life and she isn’t actually approaching 18! Pepper slept like he was at summer camp, clearly had loads of fun running around. Thanks so much for always caring for them with such love and joy.

Rich and I would just like to say thank you so very much again for the wonderful care you provided for Siti and Chiku .

It was great not to have to worry about them while we were away and we really appreciated the updates and photo you sent! There’s no doubt that the girls had a great time with you both. They seemed to take to Doug immediately when he arrived to pick them up and they went off on their holidays without a backwards glance. They would’ve happily got back into the van with Doug when he left us on Sunday had we not got a hold of their leads in time! The fact that they came home not only obviously feeling and looking great but smelling so good was a wonderful bonus – thank you!

I took them both to the vet this morning for a longstanding routine visit. He commented on how nice it was to have two such happy and healthy looking patients coming to see him and was very surprised when I told him that they just got back from a 10 day stint in kennels. I told him all about you both so hopefully that plants a seed next time anyone asks him for a recommendation. I hope I’ll be able to arrange a visit sometime so I can meet you too Judi (I know that behind a great man there’s always a great woman!!).

We will most definitely be using your excellent services again. It’s one thing to have someone take care of your pets but to have them cared for by real “doggy” people providing not only professional care but with lots of love too, is a very special thing. It feels like we left them with family, so thank you both again!

After much angst we decided to board our rather frail 17 year old Jack Russell, Tezza, in order to be able to go away with our family for a week to Esperance. Having never been separated from her we reluctantly parted company but instinctively knew Tezza was going to be in good hands with Judi immediately she took her from us and held her to herself without Tezza showing any fear. The genuine warmth and kindness towards Tezza was apparent and we left Tezza knowing she could not be any better hands - and that proved to be the case. Judi kept in touch with us as a way of reassurance that Tezza was doing fine, which she was. On our return Tezza was in perfect health for her 17 years and smelt of having had a bath. All part of the service. We have no hesitation whatsoever recommending King Park Boarding Kennels for a holiday retreat for your dog while you enjoys yours. We could not have been happier - and neither could Tezza!

If you are lucky enough to be reading my thank you to Judi, you have just come across what I believe to be the best Kennel in Perth. I have used a number of Kennels in 30 years. What a breath of fresh air, not a business first, no exorbitant prices or limitations, no upping the fee in peak season which seems to be all the go lately. Only catering for a small number of dogs also mean they get the care you would want your love ones to get. I could go on and on , simply the best. Thank you.

Our British and French Bulldogs stayed with Judi and Doug over Xmas and I can truly say they were treated like members of their family❤. This is a warm friendly environment, a home away from home for our Boys. I am so happy that we will never have to worry about leaving them when we go away !! We would highly recommend this wonderful kennel and their amazing owners !!

Penny and I would just like to say a BIG thank you for looking after our dog Ace, particularly the first time when you kindly fitted him in at extremely short notice, and more recently when we needed kennels for a few days.

As you know we were both apprehensive about leaving Ace in kennels, particularly the kennel that was initially our first choice, which we are so pleased we didn’t use. You made me feel relaxed from the start and when you followed up after a couple of days with a few text messages, we knew we had made the right choice!

Recently boarded our beloved 7 year old Jack Russell at King Park Boarding Kennels. I was apprehensive about boarding as our dog has never been in a boarding kennel environment before & is an "inside" dog at home. I spoke with Judi about my concerns & was reassured by her that our girl Indi would be just fine. Judi met me at the international airport to collect Indi which was so convenient & such a time saver. We had a lovely week long holiday and it came time to pick up our beloved Indi, she was her usual happy self smelling lovely from a recent bath from Judi & also came home with an awesome hand made fleecy winter jumper made by Judi.
Honestly I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with King Park Kennels communication was prompt & professional price is reasonable & most of all our girl Indi was very well taken care of.

Wouldn't hesitate in using Judi & Doug at King Park Boarding Kennels again

I would strongly recommend King Park Kennels to anybody as I have never seen such amazing service and the prices are the best in the state.

I have placed my pets in kennels a fair few times over the years and I have never had such care and amazing attention to detail. My dog is fairly old and required a bit of extra attention due to a medical condition; Judi went above and beyond of that required. I was often updated on how she was settling in and Judi was more than happy to help me with travel information and booking flights, saving me a considerable amount of time and money.

The property is roomy yet there is a exclusive number of kennels that ensures attention to detail, plenty of safe areas for pets to exercise and quality rather than quantity.

Hi Judi,

You have both been in our thoughts and conversations since we got home :)

Our gorgeous dog is settling back in beautifully and looking so handsome and smelling so lovely (Lily wants to know what shampoo you used!).

We took him to Leighton Dog Beach yesterday morning and he had such a lovely time frolicking with the other dogs and splashing in the water. It was lovely to see him looking so happy and relaxed. I am so very grateful that you looked after our boy so well and hope that you will accept a booking for the first week of the July school holidays (and possibly the second) as we will be away again.

I am also taking your brochures to our vet clinic - they have struggled to find a good kennel to recommend to their clients and they will be amazed to hear how well he has gone!

I hope that you managed to get a small break for Australia Day – you certainly deserve it!
